NPCs of Note - Updated/Edited Frequently!

The Blue Lady
A mysterious figure of some apparant significance. She has not always been in Orlando, or at least not always communicating with the Mad World.

Bristol
An authority on the Mad World from a Peke's viewpoint. Cockney, robust and outspoken.

Hieronymous Hodge
An authority on and historian of the Mad World from a Pollicle's viewpoint.

Belinda Mills
A young, pretty, impeccably groomed woman who works for someone in the Underground.

Tome
A talking book, and resident of the used bookshop on the corner of Howell Branch Rd. and 436.

Roderick
A talking rat with a scientific forte.

Digg
A lanky youth who helped Roderick, Belinda and Mien avert a Snowball crisis.
